ORDERS AND DELIVERIES
What are your order processing times?
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
What are your shipping options?
We offer two options:
Standard Shipping (7-10 business days): Free
VIP Shipping (within 48 hours) with loss/theft/damage insurance: €4.90
How can I track my order?
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information. You can track your package directly on our website under the Order Tracking tab.
What should I do if delivery is late?
If you have not received your order within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@kimononow.com with your order number. We will investigate immediately.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
What is your return policy?
Our return policy lasts 14 days. The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
How can I return a kimono?
To return your kimono, send it to our postal address (provided during the returns process). You are responsible for return shipping costs.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If the refund is approved, your credit card or original payment method will be automatically credited within a few days.
Are promotional items refundable?
Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are non-refundable.

No, Kimononow® is not responsible for customs fees or taxes applicable to your order. Any fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.
